All our clocks come with 12 months warranty - Please contact us via email if you have a query.

The clock will come with an instruction booklet which should explain all you need to know to set-up the clock.

Please note the clock will need to be placed on a level surface for the clock to work properly.

The below photo's show the imperfections of natural wood such as knots, marks, indentations, etc. All our clocks are checked stringentally before they leave our premises, however minor imperfections in the wood are part of working with a natural product and our warranty cannot cover this.
