Delivery Russell Grandfather Clocks As a general rule we do not have a huge number of clocks in stock, so your clock may have to be made first.
If you would like to puchase a clock then please email us first via the contact page indicating which design you would like.
We will promptly get back to you to give you an estimated delivery date.
If you then confirm you wish to order a clock we will contact you once the clock is made and about to be delivered and you can then make payment via the online shop.
Delivery will then be arranged through an independant specialist antique delivery service (Abbey Antiques).

Russell Grandfather clocks will arange your delivery once you have chosen your Grandfather clock and payment has been made. We will require however your full name, delivery address (including postcode), contact tel number - mobile, land line & work number and your email address to ensure a smooth transaction to your door.
Delivery to England and Wales is £75
Delivery to mainland Scotland is £125
Delivery can take upto 21 days as its not an express service but Abbey Antiques usually deliver well within the 21 days. The main thing is it arrives in one piece and on the appointed time!
Abbey Antiques will a few days beforehand contact you directly with a 2 hr time slot when the item will be delivered. This saves you having to take the whole day off work or be out when they arrive.
Please note you will incurr a charge if you fail to be at the delivery address at the arranged 2hr time slot.
The driver will expect someone to help him lift the item from the back off the Lorry to the delivery address. If you need a '2 man' delivery service to the delivery address then this is an additional £50 + VAT (£58.75).
When ordering the clock through our online shop please make sure you choose the United Kingdom as your country. You can choose the one or two man delivery service to England, Scotland or Wales.
Please note if your paying by cheque this will have to clear before the clock is released.
